The Berkeley Square project was completed six weeks ahead of programme, with the contractor attributing this achievement to the use of Keystone’s wind uplift system. We are proud to have supported this development through the supply of high-quality external porcelain paving and specialist technical systems, including a fully specified and tested wind uplift solution.

Our Telio porcelain was selected for its durability, uniformity and refined aesthetic, making it well suited to a demanding external environment. To ensure long-term performance in exposed wind conditions, the Keystone wind uplift system was specified, incorporating pedestals, framing components and associated materials designed to meet wind uplift requirements while providing lasting structural stability.

The architectural design was led by DEP Architects, with close attention given to both visual appeal and technical performance. Installation was undertaken by Urban Roofscapes, specialists in roof terrace and external paving works. Our role focused on the correct specification and supply of materials to support the project’s technical and design objectives.

The successful completion of the Berkeley Square project demonstrates our commitment as a trusted supplier of porcelain paving and wind uplift solutions, supporting industry professionals and delivering reliable systems for complex rooftop applications.
